Watercolors

For years I was scared to death of even trying watercolors. I'd
come up on oils, and KNEW that I could never do anything
in the scary, unforgiving world of water.
Well, about 10 years ago I had a serious back injury,
and was going nuts not being able to stand at my easel.
Someone had given me a few watercolors
somewhere down the line, so I figured all I
had to lose was a little paper.
My first watercolor was Rock Creek Winter, which I did
from a photo my husband took near our home. I've
been hooked ever since.
All watercolors are matted with archival quality rag matting.
I hope so much you enjoy what I have to show here.
